Not a new story at alll....
Its just like another daily affair for every Mumbaikar.....
Since the last 18 years...terror attacks
A regular news to the ears of every Mumbaikar...
A regular sight to every mumbians...
Its as if you get out of your home for work in the morning biding bye to the loved ones...and your dead body awaits them in the evening
Our hearts weep for a span of time...later the life goes on...
The memories fade...but the injury still remains...
The 1993 blasts.....killed more than 250 ,,injuring
around 700
The July 11 2006 blasts was the worst when seven
major places in Mumbai were attacked...
The 2008 terror mishap....unforgettable for every
Mumbaikar
We just complaint about Kasab being not hanged to death...
We complaint about the Pakistan governments inactivity....
What else do we do???
and there,,, we tend to forget it all until we have another blast in the city as a remainder..
To remind us.........
"THAT MUMBAI IS NOT YET FREE FROM THE CLUTCHES OF THESE EVILS..."
Yes of course,,,now the post blast happenings are quite clear...
There will be strict security checking at almost every nook and corner...
Every other common man will be have his bag snatched and checked again and again by the cops..
My question is which terrorist will dare to enter a city where the blasts recently occurred..then what is the use of strengthening the security measures during the post blast scenario....????
if the security needs to be strengthened...keep it strong always...throughout the year
At one side Kasab's birthday is celebrated bursting blasts in mumbai...whereas at the other side...Indian judiciary is trying its level best to let Kasab live longer...
Leave Kasab to the mumbaikars...
Let us ,The Mumbaikars take the decision...
Why do we need to think upon the punishment to be assigned to Kasab...
??????????????
ITS QUITE CLEAR THAT HE IS AN ENEMY...RESPONSIBLE FOR THE LIVES OF MANY A INDIANS...THE BEST HE CAN AFFORD IS DEATH
So now many Facebook updates will express rage..
Many a twitterians will tweet the anger...
Many satyagrahis will starve against terrorism.....
But who??? who is to act???
Who is to invoke the government of our country...that its tooo late..to act
Where are the ample amounts of crores being used in the defence and security of the country???
IS THIS WHAT WE GET IN A COUNTRY WHERE THE DEFENCE SECTOR HAS ALL THE MONET INN???
DON'T WE EVEN HAVE THE RIGHT TO BE SAFE??
I share the same anguish and anger of the Mumbaikars. And i doubt this time too something concrete will be done to curb terrorism. All talk and no action makes India a sitting duck for terrorists...
ReplyDeleteya sharing your anguish and anger..hope good sense will prevail..
ReplyDeleteIt is shameful that corruption has eaten our beloved nation. Power in the hands of few has worsened the situation. It is the poor common man that suffers while the powerful and wealthy are least effected. What is happening with a metro like Mumbai is freakish and abhorrent. It seems that right to survival is slowly becoming a privilege of few. Absolutely shameful!
ReplyDeleteAn interesting read indeed.

You are true. I agree with you. Terrorism and threat to safety is increasing in Indian cities and it is a sad thing that Mumbai had always been their choice of attack. There must be security everytime and everyday and not only after the major damage is already been made to the city. Hope such kind of voices from social media atleast raise together and help do some good.
ReplyDeleteNice sharing. Keep posting.
